About Chuck
Chuck Panzarella has spent more than three decades fighting for consumers who’ve been taken advantage of by car dealerships, manufacturers, and lenders in Arizona. His legal career began in consumer protection — handling bankruptcy proceedings, creditor negotiations, and foreclosure defense — before he founded Consumer Action Law Group and shifted his focus entirely to Lemon Law and Auto Fraud, the areas where he saw the greatest harm being done to everyday car buyers.
Arizona has been the center of Chuck’s practice from the beginning. Admitted to the state and federal courts of Arizona, he built the firm around a straightforward belief: Arizona consumers deserve the same quality of legal representation that corporations and dealerships take for granted. When a dealer misrepresents a vehicle, rolls back an odometer, switches financing terms after the fact, or packs unauthorized fees into a contract, our firm is the one Arizona consumers turn to.
His work has been recognized by Arizona Super Lawyers every year since 2012 — a distinction awarded by peers and based on independent research, not self-nomination. He holds a Top Attorney rating from Avvo and a Martindale-Hubbell recognition as one of the Who’s Who of Consumer Lawyers.
Chuck grew up in Colorado and became a competitive skier in college. He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, NJ, with additional study at Kings College School of Law in London. Outside the office, he is a devoted father of two accomplished daughters, an avid sports fan, and volunteers his time coaching soccer, teaching skiing, and supporting music education for youth.
Chuck is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Arizona.
